How are the biscuits shipped to ensure freshness?

Our biscuits are handmade, frozen, and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain their quality during transit. We recommend placing them in your freezer immediately upon arrival.

When will my order ship?

To ensure your biscuits don't sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.

Do you offer gluten-free biscuit options?

Yes! We offer a specialty Gluten-Free Buttermilk Biscuit. While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our biscuits are produced in a facility that also handles wheat products.

What is the best way to reheat Callie's Hot Little Biscuits?

For the best experience, bake your biscuits in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Detailed reheating instructions for all our products are included in every shipment.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours.

Do you offer local pickup at your bakehouses?

Our online store is separate from our retail bakehouses. For local pickup in Charleston or Atlanta, please call the specific bakehouse location directly to place an order.
